The Elise Sport was offered in various colors such as in Solid Red, Solid Yellow, Metallic Green, Metallic Blue, Metallic Silver, Metallic White, Metallic Grey, Metallic Orange, Metallic Black, or Signature Grey. In relation to interior design, the lightweight seats were wrapped in either leather or Alcantara or classic tartan trim.

Center seat and headrest inserts had the same color chosen for the body. One of the key features of Lotus is that it is lighter and faster.
