‘Sanctuary’: Vincitore Realty Launches Wellness Estate Tower in Dubai
Dubai’s real estate sector is welcoming a bold new development with the launch of Vincitore Wellness Estate, a large-scale designer wellness-focused residential tower that aims to reimagine contemporary living standards.
The project, developed by Vincitore Realty, is being promoted as the world’s largest designer wellness estate and a blueprint for integrating holistic well-being into daily life.
The company says the goal is not just to build premium apartments, but to create an enduring landmark where luxury and wellness coexist seamlessly.
Residents are promised a setting designed to support mental, physical, and emotional well-being, creating what the developer calls a sanctuary for personal growth and rejuvenation.
Vincitore Realty, long recognized in Dubai for its strong return-on-investment track record and award-winning developments, says the estate reflects a shift in investor priorities toward wellness-driven living.
“We’re not just building another residential tower; we’re creating a sanctuary,” said Veer Doshi, CEO and Managing Director of Vincitore Realty.
He added, “Our goal is to make wellness an everyday part of life. We have envisioned a sanctuary where science and serenity converge, and where true value is measured not in price per square foot, but in wellness per square foot.”
The development will include more than 65 specialized amenities, such as Natural Bamboo Forests, kayaking lagoons, Himalayan salt therapy caves, and infrared saunas.
Doshi said these features reflect the growing need for restorative indoor environments, especially as global studies show people now spend nearly 90% of their time inside their homes or workplaces.
“We want our residents to live in environments that support their health, wellness, and happiness,” he said.
The launch comes at a time when the wellness economy is accelerating rapidly.
According to the Global Wellness Institute’s 2025 report, the global sector reached $6.8 trillion in 2024 and is projected to grow to $9.8 trillion by 2029.
This rapid expansion is reshaping demand in high-end real estate markets, particularly in Dubai, where investors increasingly prioritize longevity, quality of life, and long-term value.
Doshi described the project as “our boldest vision yet, a living masterpiece that redefines what real estate can achieve when crafted to transform life itself.”
He said the community is designed to empower residents to live “healthier, happier, and longer.”
Vincitore Wellness Estate is located in Majan, next to Al Barari, one of Dubai’s most nature-focused residential districts.
The site offers access to major destinations such as Global Village and IMG Worlds of Adventure, along with strong transport links via major highways and upcoming metro lines.
Vincitore is also introducing Dubai’s first Construction-Linked Post-Handover Payment Plan, which allows residents and investors to pay gradually after receiving their unit.
“It’s about making this lifestyle attainable,” Doshi said.
The development is scheduled for handover in the second quarter of 2029.
Vincitore Realty says the project is positioned to become a defining landmark in Dubai’s property landscape and a global reference point for the next era of wellness-centered living.
