Donatella Versace And Revolve Launch New Fashion And Beauty Venture
Donatella Versace has joined forces with US-listed fashion retailer Revolve Group to launch a new fashion and beauty business aimed at younger luxury and contemporary fashion consumers.
The joint venture will combine Versace’s creative and cultural influence with Revolve’s digital retail infrastructure and established following among millennial and Generation Z shoppers.
The new business is being positioned as a digital-first platform, with the partners planning to draw on Versace’s experience across fashion, music, entertainment and popular culture.
The announcement comes as the Versace brand itself enters a new phase under Prada, which acquired the Italian fashion house in 2025 for approximately €1.3 billion.
Versace’s former creative director has remained closely associated with the brand since stepping away from the design role in 2025, subsequently becoming its chief ambassador.
The new venture is separate from Prada’s ownership of the Versace fashion house and reflects Donatella Versace’s continuing role within the wider fashion and entertainment landscape.
Revolve, which generated around €1.2 billion in sales during the previous year, has built its business around digitally driven fashion retail and a younger consumer base.
The company sells clothing, footwear, accessories, beauty products and home goods through its online platform and mobile applications.
The partnership gives Revolve access to one of the most recognisable names in luxury fashion while allowing Versace to explore a business model focused on direct digital engagement with younger consumers.
The move also comes as established luxury groups increasingly experiment with collaborations, digital commerce and new distribution models as consumer behaviour continues to evolve.
Prada is separately preparing to relaunch the core Versace brand under designer Pieter Mulier, whose first collection for the house is expected next year.
